Best Holiday EVER ... and I’ve been on many! I never write reviews, but I just had to share how amazing Hacienda property and unit 3402 is. It is a truly 6 stars out of 5! haha! Why? Location, location, location. If you have a good arm, you could throw a rock and hit Medano which is the main beach in Cabo San Lucas. In fact, the fourth floor is the highest non-penthouse (huge bucks) location so I looked right out the living room and master bedroom at the desert rock outcropping meeting the Sea of Cortez. In the evening light the rocks turn rose color - magical! From that balcony, wine glass in hand, I saw whales spouting, sea lions playing, manta rays jump (twice!), and right below the balcony is the cutest hummingbird nesting right there! I loved that I didn’t need to rent a car or even take an overpriced taxi (they are ridiculous) because, the main shopping mall is 5 minutes walk, the marina is the same distance, and restaurants, bars and clubs are all with 15 minutes walk. My 4 favourite restaurants are Ediths, Templo, Hacienda, and Chamuyo - better than most we have in Vancouver IMO. Hacienda’s location made my holiday relaxing because I detest negotiating with car rentals, trying to find my way around a strange place or alternatively bargaining with cab drivers and then still overpaying. The Grounds. Perfectly manicured landscaping (as good as the pictures! haha!). My fav is the heated, salt water infinity pool where I felt like I could swim right off into the Sea of Cortez. The pool is right beside the superb restaurant where I breakfasted every morning on my December stay, plus had a couple of excellent dinners (try the Pulpo Cantina!). Unit 3402. I haven’t seen any of the other units, but I can’t imagine a better 3 bedroom layout than I had. When you enter the unit and open the door it feels like you can walk right through to the ocean - and both the master and one of the other bedrooms shares this ocean view. It’s building 3 which is right in the middle of complex for easy access to either North or South gate and a 2 minute walk to pool, restaurant and spa. And it is 4th floor so best view other than penthouse units. I also love that the wrap around balcony faces the sun on both sides so I could dry out after Vancouver’s wet winter! Have already booked 3402 for my holiday next December. Executive Chef Included. Jesus cooked lunch and dinner for me whenever I wanted - which was about half the time as I wanted to get out and experience the local scene. It was included at no charge! So I just had to supply him with pesos to shop at the farmers market for local organic produce, organic chicken, and fresh caught local fish. He cooked amazing chicken and red snapper! The veggies have so much flavor grown in this sunshine too. Jesus speaks pretty decent English, and comes and goes as you need. He was usually in at 11 am to make lunch and left after dinner is made, but it is up to you. I like variety - so whether I wanted some quiet time by the pool or on the beach, or whether I wanted to walk down to Mango Deck or Me Cabo for some entertainment, it is all there. The staff trip over themselves to help you, everywhere and really know how to make you feel special. Truly in my 54 years on this planet, this was the best holiday ever.'

This is a true Mexican villa. The space is comfortable yet spacious, plenty of room for our party of 8. The house is within a gated community overlooking a golf course and the ocean! Quality appliances throughout the house. Walking distance to the beach. We rented a car which I would recommend if you want to venture out to downtown Cabo, other beaches, etc. Our entire family was very pleased with our stay here! My family of 8 and I stayed at Casa Stamm in Los Cabos for 1 week in January. What's unique about this villa is that you get to work with a concierge from the moment you book. This was especially helpful when planning excursions, reservations, and local recommendations for our large group ahead of time. Special shoutout to Stephanie, Ricardo, and our in-house chefs, Uly and his team!

Great home! amazing views and very short walk to an amazing beach. The beach club is also great for bkfast and working out. But honestly, almost no need to leave the home as everything can be brought to you by lifestyle villas. Stay here and any of lifestyles properties, they are amazing! their staff is attentive and always smiling.

This was definitely an upscale condo which we thoroughly enjoyed. Eating in and cooking our own meals was a delight; so was having cocktails on the balcony before dining out. Good restaurants were within walking distance. Easy and quick access to Medano Beach, but far enough away to not have to listen to the raucous music there. A 20 minute walk brought you into the Marina and downtown. We had water pressure issues, but it got resolved with in 24 hrs. Diana and Marco were very helpful, prompt, and efficient. We appreciated their care and attention.

My 8 girlfriends and I spent a long weekend at Villa Serena and had the time of our lives. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the planning of the trip was as easy as can be. The villa was pristine and all requests were fulfilled immediately. Jorge, our local concierge, answered our requests immediately and made everything so fun and accommodating. We had a company chef/staff come one night to prepare/serve dinner and the food was amazing and so reasonable!! I cannot wait to go back to Villa Serena and do it all over again!

Villa Serena was very nice and offered perfect interior accommodations for our group of 8. The Villa was clean and comfortable,and has great A/C! Unfortunately the Wolf oven as down, but our Chef, Manuel and his team, were able to produce outstanding meals is a little dicey to enter the Villa compound due to the current construction of a large hotel/condo complex at the gated community. Construction noise from current construction at the Villa next to ours was annoying and some nights it went on until 9 PM. They toned it down after we notified our Concierge of the noise. The beach is stunningly beautiful and we were treated to a great sea show in the early evening hours when hundreds of manta-rays danced and jumped in the shore break, much to our delight. Overall, a great stay in Cabo and we highly recommend Lifestyle to take care of all your vacation needs....Thank you, Rosa, Richardo and Francisco, and of course, big kudos to Manuel, Danial and Thomas, the best Chef team in Cabo...

My wife and I went on the hunt for a villa in Cabo that fit what we were looking for. We had 50 guests attending our wedding and Villa Serena was able to supply us with all the necessary requirement to make it our primary choice. We stayed here for a short time the first week in November. Beach Front, Private Beach, Open Floor plan, Clean, Modern, Full Amenities. An area to have the wedding on the beach and large enough deck to hold our reception. We had a great overall stay for the short time we spent here. Hector was a wonderful concierge who took care of all our needs and requests during our stay. Location was a bit difficult from the time we originally chose the villa in January until November due to the ongoing construction in the area. Even with the ongoing construction, our stay was not handicapped by it in any way. Cleaning Staff was friendly. Had a personal check come in on our last day and make us an american breakfast which was a delight. Property Condition was exceptional from exterior to interior furniture and linens. Location was between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. Difficult to find since signage for the private area is not easy to see from the main street so easy to miss which many taxi drivers did. Community and area was very quiet and safe. Myself and our guests all agreed that we would stay here again in the future.

I had the pleasure of renting this villa. Our group consisted of 10 adults and 2 children. The villa is as pictured on the photos. Probably even nicer in person. Very clean, well kept and comfortable. We were very satisfied with the service provided. We did chef for breakfast a couple of days and for dinner one night. His service and food quality was AMAZING, I would just say it would be nice if they added a little more variety to the options for meals. The housekeeper did a good job keeping the property clean. We booked a private catameran excursion which was fabulous. The property was easy to get to and get to town from the property was easy. They assisted with last minute requests for car service multiple time. I would definitely rent again and use the

This was our 3rd straight summer renting one of the Blue Sea villas and it was--yet again-an exceptional experience. We rented with another family and had four kids under the age of 5... and yet it still managed to be an incredibly relaxing place (and the kids had a blast!). Is it next year yet? 🙂

Great house and staff. Construction around it bit offseting and beach was not as clean this year.

We had a total of 24 individuals for this family and friends vacation. This is an A+ location and the villa is great. Besides not feeling crowded, the Lifestyle staff handled all of our needs.

This house is awesome, with a very scenic location and fine facilities. It works well for four couples with each occupying comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The outdoor living area is considerably above average - great pool, large hot tub, gas fire, and generous eating area. Loved it!!
