LA TOBA FILM FESTIVAL
The “La Toba” Film Festival takes place in Ciudad Insurgente, Baja California Sur. Its founder, the long-standing actor Enoc Leaño, born and raised in this town, wanted to pay tribute to his people with this great project.
From September 30 to October 4, the 2nd Edition of the La Toba International Film Festival took place. Enoc Leaño, the founder of the Festival, inaugurated this edition with special guests. LIFESTYLE and CABO FILMS actively supported the event, collaborating hard with the production processes carried out when making documentaries that show the greatness of nature, showing audiovisual pieces that highlight the native beauty of South California. The Festival featured documentaries inviting viewers to explore these paradisiacal lands' unique charm.
Likewise, the call for cultural activities was well received by the spectators, such as the distinguished artist, the honorary Mr. Carlos Maciel Sánchez, who inaugurated his exhibition "The Color of My Ages," which will be at the Palacio de Minería until January 2025. It should be noted that this exhibition is accompanied by a documentary that bears the same name as the exhibition, which is part of the Festival's collection.
Many cultural and artistic activities were carried out during the Festival's duration, which generated a great movement in this town that wants to begin to shine from the recognition of the talent and creativity of all those who bet on realizing and pursuing their dreams.
Thanks to the WAHU platform, the audiovisual pieces presented can be enjoyed in a short time.
LIFESTYLE is proud to support audiovisual art so that our destination and the entire Baja California Sur region are recognized nationally and internationally. That is why we want to congratulate all those who dare to bet on their dreams and magnify our destiny through stories told from the heart through the eye of a camera, which allows us to transport ourselves for a few moments to those places we want to know.
