What are the advantages of renting a Villa:
Rather than returning to a small hotel room, you will always feel like you are coming “home”. Our vacation homes are stocked have full kitchens that are fully stocked with glassware, silverware, dishware, pots, pans & some basics so you can cook & bake as soon as you get home. All of our single family homes are located in gated communities in Los Cabos, with 24hrs. Security and HOA By Laws, they all have heated pools & Jacuzzis, BBQ grills, AC & UV & sediment filtered water systems which provide filtered water throughout the property, yes even in the showers and taps.
What is included when I rent a private home with Lifestyle Villas?
- After you have booked your private Villa, our Destination Specialist will help you prepare for your well deserved vacation, we find out what type of experience you want to have and based on that we recommend our vetted vendors and help create that perfect Itinerary. We can arrange airport transportation, chauffeured transportation during your stay, activity, restaurant, golf, spa, or bring all those services into the comfort of your private villa.
- Preplanning your vacation has no additional cost, we are happy to share our expertise of Los Cabos Activities without having to mark up any of the pricing and we have preferential rates with car rental companies and tour operators, we are able to get wholesale prices even if this is your first time in Los Cabos.
- On rentals that are 4 nights or more, we include arrival airport transportation for your arrival. Additional transfers are available at regular cost.
- You will be greeted at the property by your LIFESTYLE Concierge who is the Property & Guest Experience manager, with a mandatory cocktail in hand we give our guests an orientation tour of the property, how to operate everything in the home and then we give our guest the privacy that they dictate. The LIFESTYLE concierge usually visits daily at the previously arranged time and is on call 24 hrs during the guests or owners stay.
- Your villa has daily housekeeping, Monday through Saturday. if you rent a condo, this includes one mid-say housekeeping when staying 4 nights or more.
- We can also provide butler, chef, in villa spa, cooking, art classes, tequila tasting, yoga, meditation & even ancestral medicine ceremonies provided by Certified Medicine facilitators
- We are able to assist you with a Wedding celebration & Special events in our homes
