Cabo Del Sol Project, Home to Four Seasons Resort, Moves Forward
California-based Oakmont Corporation recently announced that it has secured $500 million in reservations for luxury residences at its Cove Club development, which includes both the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol and Cove Club at Cabo Del Sol. The projects officially launched formal sales and reservations this year, while the first homes at Cove Club will be complete by March 2022.
The oceanfront projects along the famed Los Cabos Corridor continue to move forward on the villas, residences, Four Seasons Resort and amenities such as spa facilities and restaurants. Additionally, Cove Club—the 500-acre golf and beach club—is launching the second phase of sales of its residences and beachfront lots, known as The Reef. Included in this offering of 52 new ownership opportunities is an expansive $28 million oceanfront home site.
Both projects are located along 50 beachfront acres and will resemble a low-density seaside village when they open in mid-2023. The Four Seasons development will encompass a 96-room resort, including spa and fitness facilities, pools and restaurants, as well as 61 branded residences. Four Seasons residence owners have the option of joining the brand’s rental program; they can also purchase membership in Cove Club and enjoy access to the Cove Club Course and the Cove Beach Club.
Cove Club, which will ultimately have 375 home sites and residences, will soon launch its newest phase, The Reef at Cove Club, comprising eight oceanfront home sites and 44 three- to six-bedroom private residences ranging between $4.2 and $28 million, and offering indoor-outdoor living spaces celebrating the Baja lifestyle. The home sites and homes of The Reef are steps from the Cove Beach Club and the iconic 18th hole of the private Cove Club Course. Additionally, Cove Club has opened Agave Park—the new amenity for racket enthusiasts including tennis courts, pickle ball and Argentinian Padel courts.
