An Industry Model

Lifestyle Management Services was the first destination club management company in the industry, and our expertise has become the model by which many other imitators aspire to duplicate in the Destination Club, local villa rental and property management industry. We have been managing the operations and acquiring assets in the Cabo destination for numerous destination clubs for almost 10 years. Since inception, we have provided hospitality & property management services to almost 2 dozen fixed assets and over 50 assets during peak travel times and Holiday seasons, servicing almost 8,000 room nights during 2005 and 2006 for these destination clubs.

Our Team

Our staff is currently comprised of over 40 full time employees, including: Personal concierges, butlers, destination specialists, facilities managers, property managers, accountants, electricians, plumbers, pool & HVAC technicians, landscape crews, electrical engineers, housekeepers, cooks & private chauffeurs.

Lifestyle Villas

In February of 2008, Lifestyle Management Services launched its own villa rental program aptly named Lifestyle Villas. Lifestyle Villas is a carefully handpicked selection of stunning beachfront, ocean & golf view villas and condominiums in Los Cabos’ most prestigious developments, professionally managed and operated with the highest level of service and attention to detail by Lifestyle Management Services.
